I used to think this one wasn't as fun as the original 'cause..No one I know likes to play Coach...I wasn't as attached to these characters as I was to the original 4 whom I had been playing with for a lot longer...
But it's grown on me quite a bit and now I enjoy it more than the original. It's more difficult than the first one and changes more drastically when you move up in difficulty than the first, but that's what makes it exciting to play. ;) It's only fun if something goes wrong.
Anyway..The campaigns are great and they've since added the original L4D campaigns to L4D2 so you can play the old survivors in an old setting against new infected. :D
Worth the money definitely and probably one of my most played games on Steam. :3
